Hi, I’m Lorna.

I originally have a dancing/performing background, but as I was under 40 kg body weight and still recovering from anorexia nervosa,I started training in the gym. At the start of my journey, all these doubts about myself were worsening my quality of life. 

Putting in the work, I started seeing changes in my body. However, more importantly to me were those mental changes. Fitness made me feel worthy, comfortable in my own skin, and confident again.

I realised many women have these doubts in their heads and a voice telling them they’re not good enough. That’s why I became a PT/Online Coach.

I found my purpose in helping women to transform their mindsets and their bodies through fitness. I help women become strong mentally and physically.

In the last 6 years I have helped thousands of women achieve their goals.

I have found the balance of work and play, I like to enjoy myself and I show my clients they can do the same. I create personalised and tailored programs for my clients to ensure they can progress long-term whilst living life to the fullest.
